The Czech Road Society consists of the Bureau, Council and twelve professional sections. The CSS Council headed by Ing. Petr Mondschein is the highest executive body of the company. At least 15 Council members are elected during the Congress Congress at the annual CSS conference. Other members of its members are the chairmen of the professional work sections and with the voice of advisory also representatives of member companies. Among the sessions, it manages the activity of the company and is responsible for its activities. The structure of the Bureau consists of the chairman, vice -chairmen, scientific secretary, its members and secretary, who manages the CSS Secretariat.
Membership in the Czech Road Society includes over thirty individual members and two members with honorary membership. Collective members are the Road and Motorway Directorate, the KSÚS Vysočina and the KSÚS of the South Moravian Region.

The professional road company company was founded in 1934 under the name road company. After World War II, the company was incorporated into the Czech Union of Scientific and Technology (ČSVTS) and became independent in 1990. Today it is one of the other independent and independent associations of this Association. The CSS has been present since 1999.
