Medal prof. Spur
Since 2006, for the Merit of the Czech Road Society, in connection with the extremely meritorious activities of Prof. Ing. Dr. Josef Špurka, DrSc. Every year, the CSS decided to award medals for merits in the area of the road sector in the professor's name.
Competition for the best dissertation
Since 2018, the Czech Road Society has organized a competition for the best dissertation in the field of road construction. The aim of the competition is to support the incoming generation of experts, young scientists and doctoral students. The competition allows students to present and promote the best doctoral theses in the fields of roads and technologies before the general public.
